Purchased goods you can pick up at the point of issue in our store. If you are from Kharkov, it is possible to arrange delivery directly to your home. A delivery service officer will bring you the goods at the agreed time. If necessary, help unpack the product, properly connect all cables if needed, and conduct additional consultation on any issue related to the product or group of goods. This service is paid. The cost is negotiated in each case. Also, delivery in the city is carried out only after full payment of the goods on our site with a card of any bank.

We are always open to our customers and are always guided by the principles of honest trade. Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On consumer rights protection". If the goods for some reason did not come up to you or you simply changed their minds to leave, we will accept it in 14 days and will completely refund you money or offer the same for an equal price. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the packaging of goods should not be opened, the goods should not be used in any way, the merchantable packaging should be retained.
We also sincerely ask you to check your purchase after purchase at the seller or in the presence of a delivery service employee. The product must be equipped with those components that are described in its complete set.
